Viewing and Sending Device Logs

The Device Logs page provides diagnostic information about the processes running on your LearnPad device, which can be useful for troubleshooting difficulties relating to network connectivity. Don’t worry if you don’t understand everything that you see on this page! The LearnPad technical support team might ask you for some of this information if you contact them with a technical enquiry.
To access the Device Logs page, from the LearnPad Home screen or any LearnPad Category screen:
Touch the Extended Menu button 
in the top-right of the screen.
Touch Information.
From the Information page toolbar in the top-right of the page, touch the Device Logs
button.
The information shown in the Device Logs page can update frequently. To pause the information and make it easier to read, touch the pause button on the toolbar.
From time to time, the LearnPad technical support team may ask you to send them device logs if you contact them with a technical query. This can be done from any LearnPad Home screen or any LearnPad Category screen:
Touch the Extended Menu 
button in the top-right of the screen.
Touch Send Logs.
